We are currently seeking a C# Developer to join our Metastorm team in Tralee
We are looking primarily for an experienced developer with strengths in C#, PL/SQL or TSQL and ideally Metastorm experience.
The successful candidate should be comfortable across a wide variety of technical disciplines and show willingness to embrace different technologies.
Responsibilities
- The development and support of Metastorm workflows to automate business processes and optimize the use of systems and information.
- You will demonstrate strong workflow design, development and troubleshooting skills.
- You will be working with other highly experienced developers.
- Contribute significantly to any design and refactoring discussions, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to articulate problems and solutions in a concise manner.
Experience /Proven Skills
- Experienced developer with strengths in C#, PL/SQL or TSQL and ideally Metastorm
- 2-4 years of experience in the following:
- C# SQL/PL SQL Database experience ideally Oracle
- SQL/PL SQL Database experience ideally Oracle
- System design and architecture Development Tools like Visual Studio & Toad
- Agile development techniques; JIRA, an advantage
- Source Control & Build Techniques in the C# Domain, also an advantage
- A clear understanding of BPM
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Self-Motivation is key, as the individual will be working in a global team, split across multiple time zones and will be expected to progress tasks within exacting timescales.
- This role will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and will require ability to communicate effectively and be a team player.
- Flexibility and an understanding that BPM is an iterative and an evolving process.
- This role would involve managing a client’s concerns and expectations and implementing processes in a way that adds value for that client.
