My Client, a small NFP start up are looking for a UX designer to join their digital team and create amazing User Experiences with the technical and product teams. You'll have a hand in defining the best practices of the group and work in an agile manner with analysts, developer and Project managers.
Essential Skills:
- 2 years + experience in UX/UI
- Demonstrable UI skills
- Experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user flows
- HTMl/ CSS/ JavaScript
- Visual design Skills
- Up to date with latest UI trends
- Charity Experience
Responsibilities:
- Create mock ups, flows, user journeys and wireframes to meet the user needs.
- Ensure that user needs and feedback are at the heart of the product development process including participating in user research and usability testing.
- Build interactive prototypes to support usability testing
- Create responsive designs, grids and layouts and work closely with frontend developers to help them implement those designs.
- Review design implementation to ensure that what has been built is consistent with designs and style guidelines.
- Develop visual and interaction elements and prepare assets taking into consideration typography, iconography, layout and brand identity.
- Produce documentation and global visual guidelines to ensure design and UX consistency across the platform.
