Android Developer/Android Contract/Mobile Developer/East MidlandsMy client is seeking to hire a highly experience Android developer to work on a greenfield project developing a brand new app. Your role will involve developing the application alongside a small team and contribute test coverage and bugfixes to it. My client is well known within the telematics sector and are leading the field in global position technology.
Role: Android Developer
Location: East Midlands
Rate: £ Daily (partial remote working considered)
Length: 3 months (likely to extend)
Necessary Skills -
- Commercial experience in developing Android applications and core Android
- Experience with Android Studio
- Good knowledge of C and Java, and OO design in general
- Experience writing Android applications and up-to-date knowledge of the Android APIs
- Strong background is commercial software development
