Real Staffing has just begun recruiting for a n Application Support anlayst to join the team that supports the Corporate Services of our Higher Education client.The client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, liaise with customers and provide top level technical services.
Requirements of the ideal candidate:
- Strong SQL Programming background.
- SSIS experience
- S tudent Systems Experience ( ideally SITS / Agresso)
- Worked in an ITIL Environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical issues to non-technical audience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support analyst looking to make the next step, or for a senior technical analyst to lead on their next assignment.
