We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a E-Commerce IT Support (Korean Fluent) to join their business in the United Kingdom.Position Title: E-Commerce IT Support (Korean Fluent)
Position Type: Fixed term (11 months)

Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to internal shop managers
- Handle service requests and system troubleshooting
- Provide online shop system admin training to internal managers
Qualifications
- Fluent Korean and English language skills
- Previous experience in website development projects
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, Javascript
- Understanding of E-commerce platforms and websites
- Good experience with CMS development or operations
- Good understanding of database management systems (Oracle, MS-SQL)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
