Description
We are urgently recruiting a Software Developer to implement cross-platform GUI and video streaming framework on gaming devices written in C++ for a multi-national client based in the heart of London on an initial 6 month contractFor this exciting and challenging role you will be in a Scrum team of JavaScript and C/C++ Engineers, and your main responsibility will be to help implement new features and maintain existing features on game consoles to the specification outlined. You will work with standard platform SDKs to develop the JavaScript environment at the specification of the business.
What you will be doing…
- Work as part of a development Scrum team based in London that implements framework features in C/C++.
- Deliver features on a scheduled release cycle across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with QA and Development teams on the east and west coast of the U. S.
What we are looking for…
- Professional experience developing cross platform APIs using C/C++.
- Knowledge of the modern Graphics Pipeline process.
- Experience with network programming and debugging tools.
- Experience with source code revision control (Perforce preferred).
- Ability to work to deadlines without direct supervision.
- Experience working within a development Scrum team.
