Embedded Software, Firmware, C/C++Senior Embedded Software Engineer
We are currently seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer for a successful technology company based in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent post joining their sustaining team.
The ideal candidate will have strong debugging skills and previous experience of hands on software engineering across its full lifecycle. Although you will be involved in sustaining engineering, you will also have opportunities to develop new products as resources are often shared across different teams.
Requirements:
* Degree educated in Engineering, Maths or Physics or related discipline (2:1 or 1st class)
* Proven experience of delivering firmware for multiple embedded systems
* Excellent coding skills in C/C++
* Strong test and debugging skills
* Ability to work in small teams and cross-team to solve complex problems
* Comfortable with Agile/Scrum processes and code review
Salary will depend upon level of experience c £50,000 pa and you will receive excellent benefits from a world leading company, in addition to this my client offer the chance of career progression.
