Proteus Europe are currently looking for an experienced functional designer with a background in the finance sector for one of our client based in Belgium.Candidates must speak Dutch and French (One fluently, one good at least).

Business experience required
Mandatory - 3-5 years
-Insurance or banking applications
Preferable
-Group Insurance
-Non-Life insurance
Technical experience required
Mandatory - 3-5 years
-Relational database design techniques
-Software development management
Preferable
-Cobol development on mainframe with DB2 Mainframe
-Integration of different technologies (Wintel, Cobol)
-Knowledge of ESB (Enterprise service bus) principles.
-SOA (service oriented architecture)
Functional experience required
Mandatory - 3-5 years
-Significant experience as Functional Analyst, ideally in large company.
Preferable
-Some experience in project management
-Experience and knowledge of technical analysis
-Methodology applicable for Business, Process and Functional Analysis
