Excel Specialist - London - Insurance - (Excel, Access, SQL, Business planning)Excel Specialist is required by my Insurance (Lloyds of London client) based in London. As the Excel specialist you will be required to evaluate and asses an existing business planning model, identify the problems and provide solutions for a new business planning model the client are looking to change their data into. As the Excel technical specialist you will also be required to work closely with senior managers in order to be able to design a structured business planning model using appropriate tools such as; excel, access and SQL.
The successful candidate will develop a new business planning model using excel that can be used for many years without having to change the structure or design. A model that can be changed accordially without causing any risks to the overall structure.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Excel Specialist developer to get involved with this project based in the City of London.
This is an initial 3 month contract position with the current market rates between £
Essential skills:
- Solid experience in advanced Excel
- A proven background within MI reporting working with stakeholders and senior managers
- experience in the insurance market is a mandatory requirement for this position and in particular experience within the business to business markets.
- Ability to disseminate complex business requirements and translate in to Excel code.
