Embedded Software EngineerC, C++, Embedded, ARM, FPGA, CAN Bus
Role: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Guildford
Rate: £42 - £45 per hour
Duration: 6 months
I am looking for an embedded Software engineer to work with a global renowned company in the defence industry.
The project is to develop an embedded system for data handling systems key tasks.
This will include low level design work and testing of software.
Key skills required:
- C Expertise
- ARM based processors
- Use of Version Control and Bug tracking system
- Experience of low-level driver development.
- Understanding of Hardware aspects. - FPGA interfacing etc
- SmartFusion M3 ARM
- Knowledge of Flash based File Systems.
- Development of Test Tools in Visual Studio
- Understanding of implementation aspects of IP links.
- CAN Bus.
Previous experience of high speed data handling systems would be advantageous
