A Senior Network Engineer is required for a unique opportunity to work for a leading online marketing organisation.As their Senior Network Engineer you will be based in their easily accessible Central Leicester office. This Senior Network Engineer will be in charge of leading projects and the planning of future projects, dealing with the organisation's global network.

Essential Senior Network Engineer skills:.
* CCNP qualification. * 10+ years networking experience. * Routing protocols - OSPF, BGP (Cisco Routers) and IP Subnetting. * Switching Protocols - VLANs, STP, LACP (Dell & Force10 Switches). * Firewalls - Checkpoint (SPLAT & Gaia) and Cisco ASA.
* Load-Balancers (Ideally Zeus/Stingray). * WiFi Technologies. * VPN Technologies (GRE/IPSec). * WAN Acceleration/Compression (Ideally Silverpeak). * Linux (Basic). * Windows Server (Intermediate). * Good Understanding of VoIP Technologies. * RADIUS. * SNMP Monitoring. Desirable Criteria:. * Linux (Intermediate - Advanced).
* Scripting (PowerShell/BASH/Python). * QoS. * 802.1x. * 10GbE ISCSI Networking. * VOIP (Lync, Asterisk or Avaya). The ideal Senior Network Engineer will have a CCIE qualification, this is not a necessity but it is highly desirable.
