Senior Manager- Digital Transformation- LondonI am currently looking for a number of Senior Digital Managers for one of my clients. My clients are a top Digital consultancy exclusively supplying into a number of top tier banks and financial institutions.
Areas I am currently looking for;
- Process digitisation or workflow automation
- Business side experience with systems such as IBM BPM, Oracle BPM or Pega
- Process reengineering, and performance improvements Managers
- Data analytics, operational research and Big Data.
- Including data cleansing, data structuring, and data architecture
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime,
- Process redesign and algorithms
- Target Operating Model (TOM) Architects
- Design and architectural background
- Agile/scrum masters
- Working experience running Scrum for either IT or business
- Innovations
- Innovations manager within either banking or consultancy background
- Technology Compliance, Cyber crime
Along with the above you will have the following skills sets
- Banking/ Financial services or Consultancy background
- Extensive Digital Background
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
