Proteus Europe are urgently seeking an English and Korean speaking Online Shop IT Support Specialist to join one of our prestigious clients in Weybridge, Surrey. Our client is a major name in the technology sector and offer a great salary and benefits.Job Summary:
To provide technical support and guidance to online-shop managers throughout Europe for our client's online-shop operations. You will guide and release the HQ system standard to local online shop managers and any related local agency. Providing online shop system related training to online shop managers, you will also assist with the troubleshooting of the system and handling service requests.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Fluent in English and Korean
Exposure to web site development project or operation
Languages &Scripts : Knowledge and Exposure to Webclient programming. HTML, XML, Javascript. Also CSS, JAVA, JSP, PL/SQL
Awareness of E-commerce platform (Hybris would be beneficial but not essential) and experience of E-commerce website.
Experience of Web CMS development or operation.
Good understanding of Database Management Systems (Oracle, MS-SQL) experiences
Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management.
Ability to analyze business requirements from all key liaisons.
Self starter, able to work under own initiative.
Good team player.
Well presented, professional and dedicated.
Exposure/experience in developing and managing websites would be
advantageous.
Education:
Degree in computer science or related preferred, however, applicants with other type of degrees or qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered
