I have a very urgent requirement for a client based in Hampshire who are currently recruiting an experienced HR Resourcelink Systems Specialist for development of complex reports to stated user requirements using Cognos Impromptu and the query tool and resolve issues with existing reportsSTART: Immediate
CONTRACT: 3 Months initially
LOCATION: Hampshire
INTERVIEW: Immediate
RATE: £300 - £350 per day
Essential skills:
- Experience on Resourcelink HR Systems is absolutely essential
- Development of complex reports to stated user requirements using Cognos Impromptu and the query tool and resolve issues with existing reports
- ResourceLink systems support. To include systems setup and configuration for HR, Payroll. Password resets, answering queries from staff on system issues and behaviour.
- Liaison with supplier. Requirements gathering and writing up user guides and support documentation.
- Data cleansing (identifying missing data, consistent use of system codes, control parameters)
- ResourceLink (Payroll) ability to investigate / resolve configuration / calculation issues - at least 3 years experience
It is desirable that you have reasonable SQL skills and the Payroll element would be an added bonus!
