SQL DBA - £50-£60K - London - BI DeveloperA Database Administrator / BI Developer is required to join an expanding international telecommunications company. With over 15 years of experience in the market they have gone from strength to strength first starting operations in the UK now distributing in over 10 countries globally. They have expanded their product range into the financial market, so these are very exciting times for the organisation.
The Database Administrator / BI Developer will be responsible for supporting the entire business - different brands, teams and C level executives. You will take full ownership of their entire Live, Replication and Reporting data servers including the Data Warehouse.
The Database Administrator / BI Developer will have:
- Experience within SQL 2008R2 (SQL 2012 will be a plus)
- Experience with DBA duties including the maintenance of current and creation of new indexes; statistics; SQL jobs; users/logins; databases; tables and triggers.
- Experience with building ETL processes using SSIS.
- Extensive T-SQL experience
- Experience in creating automated backups.
- Written scripts (stored procedures, functions, triggers and ad-hoc) on a live environment.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication.
