Location: Dublin
Type: 6 month contract with view for extension
A key client of Computer Futures based in South Dublin requires a Senior Office 365 specialist to join the ICT team. They will be required to hit the ground running in this versatile and fast paced environment.
Senior O365 Consultant Main Responsibilities:
- As the O365 Engineer you will be responsible for servicing Office365 service calls.
- Provide extended on site support to varied customers, as and when required.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets/calls
- Work on Office365 migration projects.
- Document relevant technical information on the internal SharePoint portal.
Experience / Education
- Office 365 migration experience
- Previous client facing experience
- Appropriate level of competence in documented technical skills
- Relevant industry standard accreditations required such as: Office365 MCSA, Office365 MCITP
- Powershell Scripting
- WAAD Customisation
- Hybrid Deployments
- OneDrive for Business file share migrations
- Windows Azure RMS
- Exchange Online Protection
- Yammer Enterprise
