A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a .NET specialist to act as a Team Leader within a growing organisation based near Shipley.They work closely with automation systems and it is expected that you will be able to demonstrate experience in this arena or alternatively have experience in a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate is expected to be able to mentor a number of other developers in small teams of 3/4 (who are using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and SQL Server).
The potential to progress within this company is definitely there and there are easy routes to solution architecture if that interests. This role would suit someone who is aiming to take the next step in their career and may already have some experience with mentoring junior developers or taking control of proejcts.
