A Senior Digital CMOS IC Design Engineer is required by a global leading semiconductor organisation on a contract basis. My client specialises in advanced mixed signal electronics. They promote their products into various high tech industries such as automotive, mobile, wireless solution, healthcare, identity etc. The successful candidate will have a chance to work with state of the art technologies and work alongside world-class engineers. This contract position will be based in The Netherlands.Job Responsibilities
• Front end RTL design of digital circuits
• Top/Block level verification
• Basic synthesis and timing verification
• Documentation of design
• Written and verbal communication
Skills Requirements
• MSc/BSc in electronic engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years experience in digital IC design.
• Decent knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL design languages
• Experience with Cadence design environment
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages
• Good communication skills, team player, driver mentality, pro-active attitude.
• Networking skills, creative, motivating, curious, open minded.
• Able to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Fluent English speaker.
