We are looking for a
Cloud System Administrator (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Administration and support of MS Windows, Linux and Mac OSX systems
  • Extension and support of SaaS components
  • Creation and maintenance of complex Cloud systems
  • Perform regular backups
  • Evaluate processes and products, making well-documented recommendations and security concerns and working with both internal and external resources for resolution
  • Identify, research, and resolve issues for customers using software package, utilizing available informational resources
  • Provide operational support and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency with company values and goals
  • Maximize reliability, security and performance while keeping in mind ease of expandability and flexible growth
  • Customer notification of unscheduled outages and maintenance windows
  • Perform system monitoring, verifying the availability and integrity of all servers, systems and key processes
  • Evaluate realistic infrastructure growth and performance forecasting based on operational trending analysis (Capacity Management/Planning)


Your qualifications
  • Good Knowledge of Virtualized server management, Multi-site applications, including disaster recovery and load-balancing, Monitoring tools, Network topologies, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP
  • Expert knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (Debian), MS Server Operating Systems, Mac OS-X, KVM, Scripting languages including but not limited to: Python, Bash, PHP, Perl, etc.
  • Cloud experience, going just past the virtualization layer
