Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Quality Deployment Manager to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring contractual and quality requirements are understood and met
Documenting quality requirements, implementation and reporting in the quality plan and agree as necessary with the customer and sub-contractors
Communicating, implementing and promoting the quality plan
Reporting on project quality performance and ensuring all key issues are addressed with agreed solutions
Ensuring appropriate systems and procedures are in place for use by the project team including: project quality benchmarking at initiation; project quality monitoring; project quality reporting; project quality audit; corrective action; customer complaint management
Liaising with quality sub-contractors to ensure issues are dealt with in an appropriate timescale. Undertaking continual improvement activities and lessons learnt to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme
Organizing training, demonstration, validation and other activities to unify the understanding of the three parties (customers and sub-contractors) in the requirements and objectives of the project
Through routine meetings, strengthen interactions with the customer and sub-contractors in respect of quality performance
Guiding quality audit sub-contractors in carrying out quality auditing and issuing audit reports
Overseeing project internal and sub-contractor quality performance evaluation, regularly output quality performance evaluation reports
Create project forecasts and budgets for quality implementation
Support the QEHS team in developing capability and competence
Qualification:
Management experience (training/qualification preferred) in ISO 9001
Widespread experience (training/qualification preferred) in utilizing various quality and EH&S tools such as process mapping, RCA, Six Sigma, risk assessment and risk management
Demonstrable experience in a similar role working in high volume telecommunications projects.
Experience in TL9000 procedures
Experience in ISO/IEC 27001 procedures
Experience in BS/EN ISO 14001:2004 procedures
Proven track record in project management
Qualification preferred (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2)
