Your tasks:
- 2nd / 3rd level support and maintenance of the infrastructure
- System tuning and growth management in accordance with high availability requirements
- Data protection and security compliance
- Implementing and maintaining standards and processes including rollout, design and support
- Documentation and post implementation operational support
- Problem determination and troubleshooting
- Support performance measurements and reporting
- Evaluation of new products and/or technologies
Your qualifications
- Very good experience as Citrix administrator (XenApp / XenDesktop / Netscalers / StoreFront / Provisioning Services)
- Very good command in Active Directory setup and administration
- Scripting knowledge (Powershell)
- Multicultural approach, work as a team with several nationalities
