IT Service Desk Assistant

Contract: 6 months
Day rate: £115 - £140 per day

I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Assistant. You will be required to:

- Provide front of house Computing support to all University ICT users

- Provide 1st line support on software packages, Hardware including PC's and Mobile devices

- Provide a customer focused, friendly and professional service.

- Deal with requests through email, phone and carry out admin tasks (change passwords, identity issues etc)

Must have good awareness of different systems:

- MS Office
- Windows 7
- Windows 8
- Active Directory
- MacOS
- Android
- Mac iOS
- Mobile devices
- Windows Server
