Coldfusion Developer

CFC, MVC, Hibernate, JAVAscript, HTML, CSS FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a ColdFusion Developer for our client in Limerick city. This is a 3 month contract which can be fixed term or daily rate depending on candidate`s preference. Possibility of extension beyond 3 months also. Immediate interview and start for the successful candidate. The ColdFusion Developer is a main contributor for the development and maintenance of our client`s Application. This role develops detailed technical design specifications on assigned projects. Supports daily business activity by providing technical support. Regularly meets with the product manager to review progress and problems related to the maintaining and enhancing the current application. Competencies: Proven capabilities as a ColdFusion developer with 3 years+ direct experience Knowledge of ColdFusion CFC components, and MVC frameworks, and current feature set in ColdFusion 8+. Knowledge of Hibernate ORM. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web services. Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL including writing stored procedures, triggers, views. Demonstrates proficiency in technical analysis of business requirements. Good working knowledge of Agile development processes. Good written and verbal communication skills. Academic Qualifications (minimum requirements): College degree or significant experience in Computer Science. Additional Experience: Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence Experience with Open Source frameworks/products.
