We are looking for a technical and passionate Cobol developer for a 6 Month Contract position with a view to extension. THIS IS A DAILY RATE CONTRACT ROLE: COBOL REQUIREMENTS 3+ years commercial development and support experience as a COBOL programmer in a VSE, or other similar IBM mainframe environment Proficient in COBOL, CICS, JCL amp; VSAM Strong batch programming skills essential Experience in Financial Software e.g. Insurance, Banking would be preferable Experience of MS Access, MS Excel, Inter Test for CICS, Easytrieve and Redwood Explorer would be an advantage FRS Recruitment is committed to promoting diversity and disability in the work place and is a KANCHI 100 company.
