Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - HRMS - Full time - Contract - Tyne & Wear North East EnglandReal Staffing are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional consultant to join a large well recognised organisation in the North East of England. This Ebusiness Oracle contract will be for the duration of 3 months paying between £400 - £450 per day - subject to experience.
Essential skills include:
* Oracle HCM Functional experience
* Experience acting as a super-user for the Oracle HCM modules
* Well versed with HRMS, PAYROLL, OLM & I-expenses modules. HR module is the most desirable to the client
* Knowledge of working on implementation.
* Experience with Recovery planning and supporting existing Oracle HCM systems.
* Ability to identify design of processes by challenging business units on their assumptions of data requirement and processes, to ensure that the organisation is making best use of the systems they have in place.
* Patching
* Collaborate with existing teams in order to design an approach to improve
All working will be on site.
Interview process, ideally 1 stage face to face, but will allow a telephone interview prior to face to face for none local candidates, if necessary.
Start date: Tuesday 14th April
Contract length: 3 months
Day rate: £400 - £450 per day
