Role
You will participate in the architecture and implementation of all aspects of the front-end. More specifically, this will range from building the foundation (for other team members to run with), implementation of solving complex problems, building highly interactive experiences, and setting up the rest of the team for success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years front-end web development experience
- Fluent in JavaScript (angular), CSS, and HTML
- Well versed with Native Javascript DOM traversal and manipulations
- Motivated by writing fast, scalable code with testability in mind
- Knowledge of OOP
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Building large JavaScript applications
- Angular, Backbone.js and jQuery
- NPM, Bower, and Grunt
- Animation libraries such asgreensock
- Version control
- Thinking creatively, critically and be open to criticism
- Being opinionated on the latest technologies
- Know the differences between the various version of ECMAScript, which features are currently available, and how to write future compatible code.
- Keen sense of information architecture and visual design
- Responsive design
- Understanding of solid UX concepts
- Consuming REST services in a front-end environment
- Degree in Computer Science
