Description

For a project with a duration of approximately 8 month within our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a

German speaking Change Manager with experience in Securities Operations (2736)

The position is about the management of strategic projects within the Shared Services environment and in a global operations team located in Zurich. Project size is in million range.

Responsibilities:
• Business Project Manager role within a global team responsible for managing Operations related projects locally and internationally
• Liaise with key stakeholders to determine priorities and requirements and drive implementation to completion
• Responsible for the entire project management: ensure execution is in time, scope and budget are respected, communicate within the project and to internal and external stakeholders, implement change, and facilitate team members in Business and IT
• Act as a project leader and ensure the collaboration across teams and within the program

Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
• Proven track record in the implementation and introduction of new software applications on Business side (i.e. organizational deployment and change management)
• Securities operations processes experience
• An open, communicative personality with a very good command of written and spoken German and English

Desired:
• Higher education or degree in business, economics, banking, mathematics or similar science
• 5-10 years’ Project Management professional experience and proven track-record in a comparable position in Financial Services or Management Consulting. Credit Suisse track-record beneficial.
• Project Management certification beneficial (PMP, IPMA B/C or PRINCE2 or SCRUM Master qualification)
• High analytical, structured and strategic thinking
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and highly client-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
