Job Description
• Deliver the committed product increment according DoD at the end of every Sprint.
• Estimating the Product Backlog during Estimation Meetings.
• Getting all needed insights from PO to deliver the expected output.
• Ensure the quality and continuous improvement.
• Tracking the progress of each Sprint and manage in case of target deviation.
• Delivering a potential shippable product increment after every sprint. .

• Working experience dotNet C#
• Working experience WPF and WCF
• Automated Unit Testing
• Working experience relational databases
• XML/XSL
• Oracle (no DBA)
• OOA/OOD with UML
• Experience with database and data access layer design
• Experience in writing formal specifications
• Working experience in applying design patterns
• Working experience in application development within an industrial (automation) environment
• English and German written and spoken
