Proteus Europe are currently looking for a SAP ISU Consultant with a background in mobile integration for one of our clients based in Belgium.Candidates must speak fluent English and Dutch.
Job description:
Required skills:
o Thorough knowledge of PM objects and integration aspects with other functional modules (esp. ISU).
o Basic knowledge of Customizing for PM objects and integration aspects with the other functional modules (esp. ISU).
o Good knowledge of the ABAP programming language (delivering functional specs, debugging problem solving ABAP programs, user exits, function modules, performance improvement, enterprise services).
o Good knowledge of automatisatiemogelijkheden within SAP and application integration in general.
o Minimum 10 years experience as a SAP consultant in the areas described under 'expected knowledge -
o Passive experience (debugging, technical analysis, ...) with ABAP programming is required
o Experience in integration with SAP systems
o Experience in the utilities sector is a plus
o Communicates fluently in Dutch and has a good knowledge of English
o High sense of responsibility
o Can knowledge in a very short time to build up around processes and their implementation in SAP
o Can completely independently and with minimal support to complete a task
o Experience with ITIL processes is an asset
Function
1) Assisting the module specialist SAP Meter Management in the following areas:
o maintenance and support (root cause analysis of problems, definition of a solution and implementation) including integration between the Mobile application SAP ISU
o follow up outstanding issues within the domain meter management and coordination priorities
o analysis of the open list ikv evolutionary maintenance needs as well as solutions to meet them.
o implementation of this outstanding individual assignments in gauge management within SAP. In this function, the current situation (with the focus on reporting and interfaces) are communicated to an implementation partner. In addition, should there happen to be a validation of the design and construction activities. There will also be included an active role in the E2E testing.
o make estimates for the workload for new assignments, scheduling, preparing analyzes and testing of these tasks within the domain meter management,
2) Providing functional specs for new ABAP programs and Enterprise Services or the adaptation of existing ABAP programs within the framework of projects, executing requests for maintenance or troubleshooting incident tickets. Assignments on the optimization of existing Z-programs can also be part of this assignment.
