Description
We are currently looking for highly skilled individuals to join our fast growing Embedded Software and Safety Consulting division to deliver independent engineering, consulting and training services in several key areas of embedded systems development.Your responsibilities:
Technical lead of engineering consulting and services in the areas of embedded software development, software architecture optimization, safety-critical software and AUTOSAR
Coordination of distributed development, consultancy and service projects including the management of globally distributed teams
Technical analysis of complex software architectures and development processes including the identification and implementation improvement measures that have a significant and lasting impact on the customers' ability to deliver high quality, cost effective software
Provision of training and engineering support in AUTOSAR-based software development processes and tools
Development of consultancy and service products including contributions to the business development and marketing strategy as well as the conception and generation of supporting material such as training courses, publications, marketing material, etc.
Support of the business unit leader in the acquisition of engineering/consultancy projects
Provision of training and mentoring within the team to establish and maintain the competencies necessary for supplying high quality services
Your competencies and qualifications:
Bachelor/Master in electrical, electronics, computer engineering or related graduate degree preferred
At least 8 years experience in embedded software development, engineering or consultancy
Excellent practical experience and skills coupled with a thorough knowledge of embedded systems, embedded software development and AUTOSAR
Experience of leading development and consulting/services projects
Excellent project management and presentation skills
Flexibility and high willingness to take responsibility
Very good English skills
