Customer Insight Analyst required to to join a Multi-Media company based in Manchester. The role will be heavily focused on reviewing large buckets of customer data from multiple business streams then consolidating into marketable insight.
As a Customer Insight Analyst you will be looking for trends and providing context to the data. You will need a analytical inquisitive mind coming from a strong Data Analysis background, but also have the ability to arrange data into a format that can be presented to multiple stakeholders.
Your CV must contain how your analysis has supported business development (e.g. We did this… which helped this).
Solid Excel skills and proficiency in SQL is needed. Qlikview experience is desirable.
