SQL Developer - Finland
A leading Global firm are currently looking for a SQL Developer for a long term contract in Helsinki. The SQL Developer should have multiple years' experience in IT databases with extensive experience in MS SQL database management and operations. The SQL Developer should be available to join ASAP and happy to relocate to Helsinki for the project if not already located there.
Core skills for the SQL Developer:
Experience in data design, data modelling, database design and database development in MSSQL
Experience of MSSQL development DBA role
Expert in SQL and DBMS actions, like complex queries, DB constraints, stored procedures, schema management, indexes and MSSQL performance tuning
Must have very good competence on TSQL in Unix and windows environment
Must have competence to do database management actions by Scripting (like PowerShell).
Must have competence of Unix and windows operating systems like scheduler etc.
Good knowledge of software engineering practices
Good knowledge of source control systems like VisualStudio.
Be responsible for delivering the deliverables with quality and on-time.
Understand how Microsoft JDBC is working and how to use it
