Description
A SQL Information Analyst is required by our NHS client based in Yorkshire. The SQL Information Analyst should have an NHS background and experience with SQL/SQL Server, SUS and Commisioning Data Sets.The Information Analyst should have experience of using Microsoft Office applications to do data analysis and manipulation, to include access report writing.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in the use of SQL to process, arrange and manipulate data.
- Background as an Information Analyst in the NHS.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications to do data analysis and manipulation, to include access report writing.
- Have a broad knowledge of the architecture of Information Systems/Databases - with the ability to apply this to local systems
- Attention to detail and ability to detect data anomalies
- Ability to interpret information needs.
Beneficial:
- Knowledge of Local Patient Information Systems/Databases, including NHS Data Dictionary and NHS Information standards
- Working knowledge of NHS national targets and performance indicators
