Description
Our Client is seeking a solutions delivery specialist Consultant who would be responsible to Support the Continuous Delivery Solution Design Specialist Lead to ensure alignment of capital submissions to the Continuous Delivery (CD) objectives of the Program, as well as assist in the tracking progress made in application CD roadmaps and any resultant benefits .
Key accountabilities:
- Support the Continuous Delivery Solution Design Specialist Lead and work with other DA representatives to provide assessments of capital submissions and providing subsequent recommendations
- Review and update Software Engineering/CD policies and standards based on enterprise progress and delivery team feedback
- Support project teams in their business case preparation to enable projects making incremental progress on continuous delivery practices
- Support Continuous Delivery Enterprise Solution Design Specialist in the tracking of progress made in application roadmaps, as well as any positive impacts/benefits realized to date
Results desired from the role:
- Incremental and measureable progress in delivery teams' adherence to software engineering policies and standards
- Incremental and measureable progress towards the Simplicity Program end-state CD capabilities
Following Qualification/Certifications are desirable -
- Specialist in field
- Solving complex problems

- Engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices, including Automated Builds, Automated Deployments, Configuration Management, Automated Testing highly desirable
- Experience with Agile/Lean delivery methodologies highly desirable
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Technical and non-technical writing skills
- Facilitation skills
