Next Ventures are currently seeking an expert Oracle Finance Consultant to work on CIS/Russian localisations for an on-going R12 deployment across CIS countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine)We require person with Finance or technical degree with extensive finance/accounting experience
Drive localization of global corporate & P&L solutions and take overall responsibility for Oracle ERP solution design and quality of business processes for ERP related implementations ensuring compliance with STAT, US GAAP, TAX and GE Enterprise Standards.
Make recommendations for both solution and process harmonization and Analyze business processes and requirements against OEBS functionality, local regulations, business policies, processes; identify potential GAPs, issues, exceptions and propose effective solutions from both operational and system prospective.
More than 4 years of proven successful OEBS ERP implementation experience on a key project roles for Russia/CIS
Expert knowledge of OEBS solution concepts and detailed understanding of AR/AP/INV/OM/CM/GL sub-ledgers design
Expert knowledge of finance: STAT and TAX. US GAAP and S2G/G2S are preferable.
Ability to communicate with finance and cross functional management based in Russia, CIS, Europe, Americas.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines
Self-starter, result- oriented person with desire to grow and develop Finance career
Fluent English, both oral and written
This is a long term assignment in Moscow and will require Russian and English Language skills so please only apply if you match the above criteria
