We are currently recruiting for a Web Technical Specialist for our clients based in Brussels for a 6 month contract -
Job Spec:
- Improve architecture of site
- Improve content lay-out
- Identify and correct problems
- Develop new functionalities and improve existing developments
- Propose and create technical tools to improve the maintenance
- Provision of the related technical documentation
- Estimate workloads, evaluation and reporting
- Identify dependencies and risks
- Support with the general site maintenance, daily updates
- Organize information
- Receive and process requests for publication
- Rationalise web content and update obsolete content
- 2nd and 3rd level support for contributors
- Proposals for improvements and development
- Responsive design
Job Requirements:
The following are the main activities of the Web Technical Specialist:
- Organisation/lay-out improvements on site
- Review content of SharePoint 2010 site
- Identify and correct problems
- Improve content lay-out
- Add content on new site
- Organize information
- Contribute to new developments and the improvements of existing developments, including if necessary on and from third parties services, such as Facebook, Flickr, youtube, etc.
- Implement a new style sheet and branding, including responsive design and toolboxes.
- Optimize workflows
Profile requirements:
Experienced - web technical specialist.
Languages:
- English is required.
- Knowledge of another EU language is an asset.
Experience & Technical knowledge:
- Experience appropriate to the subject described above
- Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Server 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010
- Design and configuration
- Concrete extensive experience in responsive design
- Implementation of Web sites
- Content management
- Team Foundation Server, Workflows, Event Receiver, WebParts, Custom Master Pages, Page Layouts, Jquery, JavaScript, Framework 3.5/4.0, Visual C#, CSS, Visual Studio 2010, CSOM, Json, Bootstrap.
