Description
Edinburgh: Business Analyst - up to £395 per day.
EA Change Groups' Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.
The successful applicant will sit within the Upgrade of the present Debit Falcon Application to a new version. The Debit Card Falcon system is not running on current versions of software or decommissioning model and as a consequence is operating below optimum efficiency. The successful applicant will test the new versions as they are released.
Experience Required
Knowledge of Fraud Operational environment. Knowledge of Falcon system essential
Cards background
Previous experience of project related work with a proven track record of success
Stakeholder management experience
Analytical experience
Good application knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, Access
Self-starter with the ability to operate with a minimum of day to day oversight. Able to manage own time and work toward defined deadlines
Key system knowledge is preferable - First Vision
Ability to analyse/interpret/interrogate analytical information and produce concise summary documents
Debit Card knowledge not essential but beneficial
Either direct experience of working within change, or a clear knowledge of the change process and requirements
SAS knowledge is of benefit but not essential
