Description
Role:
Operate within the Method Optimization & Support team. Responsibilities of the team is to implement, deploy and support the methodology aspects related to Functional Design & Development management including guiding and supporting project team members in the application of the methodology to their projects;
Building and delivering methodology training to the Functional Design & Development skill members, across the group's European sites; contributing to the on-going improvement of the Functional Design & Development method and methodology (guidelines, modelling tools, quality criteria, ), keeping in mind the consistency of methodology with the other European sites of the group.

Additional asset:
- Enough comfortable in French for delivering coaching/training in France.
Technical skills:
- Practical knowledge (minimum 5 years) of Software development life cycle(s), including: Design requirements specifications; Modelling technique(s);
- Distributed and Mainframe environment tools and techniques.
- Exposed to process (re)engineering tools and practices, including: Knowledge of industry standards (CMMi);
- Knowledge of Datamodelling and BI techniques;
- Knowledge of at least 2 modelling tools (knowledge of Mega is an asset);
- Knowledge of at least 1 modelling language (UML, Bachman, .)
