Web/Technical Support Analyst - Suffolk - Contract
Our client working within the public sector are seeking a Web/Technical Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.
Web Support Analyst Role and Responsibility:
The Analyst will work to the Web Support Operational Supervisor undertaking activities core to ensuring the on-going support, maintenance and development of web based applications and their content. The post-holder will be pro-active in identifying, escalating and where necessary, resolving any issues or problems that may impact upon day to day operations.
The post holder will be responsible for insuring day to day incidents are resolved in line with ICT processes and SLAs including liaising with suppliers to log, monitor and resolve issues as required.
Web/Technical Support Analyst Specialist knowledge and skills
- Experience in an advisory/technical support role
- Some knowledge of object-orientation
- Knowledge of GBiz/Intranet applications
- .NET knowledge and experience
- Strong Knowledge of Standards-compliant CSS
- Knowledge of Web Services
- Some knowledge of PHP
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM)
