IBM Webshere Specialist/Administrator is required by Profs4U for our Pan-European Client,

Profs4U is currently running several managed service projects for our Pan-European client based in Rijswijk. We are looking for an IBM WebSphere Specialist/Administrator with 3-5 years knowledge on IBM WebSphere V 6.5 >> 8.0 including upgrading, deployment and migration knowledge within a SuSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) environment with use of z/OS Mainframe, IBM DB2 and Google Search Appliance in a large multicultural organisation.
Part of the tasks are:
- Upgrading WebSphere Application Server, Portal and WCM according to the defined upgrade path.
- Configuring Apache HTTP Servers.
- Ensuring that WCM environment is properly configured with Mainframe LDAP, IBM DB2, and Google Search Appliance and Mail Servers.
- Replacing Mainframe LDAP with Active Directory after completion of upgrading to 8.5.x along with the content migration.
Data Content Migration:
Perform the following tasks under the supervision of the Web Services Team.
- Identifying potential issues to migrate data content and libraries.
- Migration of data content and libraries.
Additionally, during the implementation, you shall ensure that the specifications listed below are followed:
- Ensure that the new Intranet environment is accessible via mobile devices and access for supported Clients devices is through SSO.
- Perform the Strategy Implementation on 4 environments:
- Development, Test, OSA and Production.
- Ensure the good performance, according to metrics derived in due time from the existing SLAs, of the Application Server and WCM and shall be responsible for tuning the WCM.
- Provide a growth path and guidelines for existing extranets and future portals not only for Intranet but also for Internet if needed.
- Document in detail installation/migration/configuration steps for Technology Refresh & Upgrades for WCM. The documentation shall contain detailed diagrams depicting all the components around WCM on all environments.
- Deployments/Installations of all packages shall be done on SUSE Linux.
- OSA and Production environments are clustered with two Servers in each delivery cluster, and one server (per environment) acting as authoring environment (syndicating to the delivery cluster nodes).
- Database administration support will be delivered by the Client;
- You shall follow the standard procedures enforced at the Client to request database administration support.
