Senior Enterprise Data Architect Specialist in Belgium

Currently we are supporting recruitment process for the financial institute in Belgium

Our client is analyzing the opportunity to replace its current back-end by a core banking package. In this context, looking for enterprise data architect to support in the preparation phase, assisting in defining the target data architecture of its future retail banking platform.

Skills:
• Proficiency in data modelling and experience with designing reporting solutions in a retail banking context, i.e. business intelligence, as well as risk and compliance related solutions. Experience in defining target architecture for master data
management.
• Data integration (ETL: Informatica Powercenter, SAS EDI) and “Data Warehousing” (Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL Server);
• Business Intelligence/Reporting (Microstrategy, SAS, MS BI);
• Master data management: defining policies, standards, patterns and solutions for the efficient and effective management of our
critical company data.
• Data archiving and retention solutions in the context of mainframe decommissioning

Deliverables
• Determine target architecture for operational and analytical reporting and their feedings, i.c. customer insights and feeding
compliance/risk management, i.c. feeding Basel reporting.
• Validate and advise on target architecture for master data management of core banking referentials: managing operational
customer and contract referentials, managing distributor, product and other referentials.
• Determine target architecture for dealing with “cross banking insurance” data management and reporting needs.
• Determine target for enforcing data privacy.
