Description

We are currently looking for a senior supporter/developer who has a broad experience with optimizing the software development process by the implementation of and integration of development tools both in the .net and Java domain. This includes TFS, Subversion, GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Nexus, Cucumber, Microsoft Test Manager, FitNesse, Specflow.

Activities include maintenance and support of the ALM platform, and optimizing/leveraging and extending the toolset. Potential Candidates must become a sparring partner for the Delivery teams who use the supported ALM platform. From your background as a developer you can judge the validity of their requirements and advice on the available alternatives. You are able to work with a roadmap and to enforce that changes will not deviate from that. You liaise with the IT infrastructure department to install updates, integration points and to solve production incidents.

Your profile:

We require a minimum of 5 years experience in the following areas:
- affinity and experience in general with tooling supporting the ALM process
- setting up a build and continuous test and intergration environment
- managing and implementing TFS, and making reports for TFS
- development using Scripting languages like powershell, bash, Perl
- experience as a Java or .net developer, preferably both
- working experience with SQL Scripting and databases (Oracle and/or SQL Server preferred)
- taking part in basic ITIL processes like incident, problem and change management.
- excellent English both speaking and writing. Dutch is preferred

Preferred:
- Knowledge of or experience with agile/scrum development method
- support/development in a linux environment
- Experience with windows Tomcat and Confluence Wiki
