We are currently recruiting for a Front-end Developer for our clients based in Brussels for a 6 month contract -Job Description
- Develop and testing of web applications and review of content of the Website when needed
- Develop the EACEA Website in the Europa environment and in the context of digital transformation
- Develop specific pages and make appropriate links according to needs (Events, Information days, News, publications, regulations, ¡K)
- Develop website pages and content to review and improve the usability of the EACEA website and tools
- Develop navigational mapping of the EACEA website
- Manage web content and information related to the EACEA work programme (such as calls for proposals, programme guides, calls for tenders, guidance documents for applicants, selection results, picture galleries) in close cooperation with the EACEA units and the Head of Sector
- Analyze statistics compiled on the Website such as number of visitors, traffic sources, frequency, graphics and report about those statistics in writing
- Writing of technical documentation or information content for the EACEA website such as user manual, tabs, pages, news, web documentation, etc on the basis of users- and customers- needs
- Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of the EACEA website, web pages and of navigation methods
- Creation of on-line help and forms in information systems
- Produce a consistent visual image including maintenance of templates in Drupal.
- Participate in sector meetings and meetings related to web content management

Required experience and skills:
- Very good knowledge of FR and EN
- Proven experience of above mentioned tools
- Good knowledge of user interface ergonomics
- Good knowledge of the standards in the Commission- s Internet Producers Guidelines (IPG)
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards
- Knowledge of design and graphical tools
- Capacity in writing in a clear and structured way in English
- Capacity to present analysis and draw conclusions
- Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint)
- Rapid self-starting capability
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
- Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment
- Autonomous and able to work in team.
