Description

Principal Responsibilities
  • Following policies and procedures
  • Responsibilities include: obtaining quotes, creating PO's within PCA, scheduling deliveries, troubleshooting field issues and receipting within the PCA System
  • Review, update, and maintain reports including master deployment schedules and internal tracking systems
  • Manages own calendar effectively
  • Review, update, and maintain project files
  • Assist in RFPs, as necessary
  • Resolve billing issues with suppliers and accounting team
  • Create and maintain relationships with National Suppliers, ACM's, and other departments within Home Office
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both regional personnel and general contractors
  • Participate in weekly team conference calls
  • Assist in communication of construction timelines between multiple internal partners

  • Oracle eBusiness Suite experience is a plus
  • Proficient with other Microsoft Office Suite applications (eg Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Architecture, Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • Purchasing Coordination experience is preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
