The person should have the habit of carry forward work in an independent manner and be able to make their own decisions. While understanding the importance of informing/keep informed by other UX/ID/AD/OE to ensure consistency regardless of the digital meeting place
Be visionary but also love to work in the small to work out the details of the solution
responsive is a matter of course and to continuously ensure good usability in both the small and large format
Experience and knowledge of usability tests are a big plus
Positive and unpretentious setting, a real team player where shared success is more important than the individual effort
Notwithstanding any guidelines given to years of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
