Oracle BAM Architect urgently required. Oracle Business Activity Monitoring Specialist sought. Need someone who can design and implement a solution, on-site in Copenhagen, Denmark
Start: May 4th.
No language requirements apart from fluency in English, written and spoken.
Main focus of this initial x4 week engagement will be to determine whether BAM is a cost effective product that satisfies Customer's needs for business monitoring and reporting.
Questions to be answered are:
- What are, and can Oracle BAM fulfil Customer's requirements?
- Is development process effective and the development environment user friendly?
- Is the solution to be provided with Oracle BAM flexible and easy to change?
- Is it portable, as well as easy to migrate when the production environment is changed?
- Is it reusable, ie can one build on the components already developed?
- Is the solution secure, ie can one steer which user can see which views?
- Scope:
Within determining the scope, the following should be addressed:
- Who are the users that will monitor the business and what is their type?
- Which business data is relevant to the respective user and what kind of view/dashboard is appropriate for its presentation?
- Which business processes are the carriers of the business data?
- Are the KPIs already defined and configured at the target business processes?
- Staffing:
The people that are going to be needed are:
- The business users and stakeholders in the discovery phase from Customer
- The technical owners of the business process(es) to create and configure the data sources, from Customer
- An Oracle BAM Architect to design the solution
The preferred way forward is to conduct serial of workshops and/or interviews with the relevant parties.
