Summary
Information Delivery is a key part of the Strategic and Management decision making cycle in Commercial Banking. A History of Mergers and Acquisitions has resulted in sub-optimally integrated systems and operational processes. This role will deliver Business Intelligence across the current BAU reporting estate, along with identifying opportunities to better exploit its information assets. Commercial Banking through its Transformation initiatives and its BAU business activities now seek to exploit its data assets to ensure efficient processes and gain a competitive edge at the same time as ensuring secure distribution of reporting data.
A Strong Team player, with a Customer service focus with the drive to define and deliver a commercial agenda, you'll drive insight-led actions which enhance our commercial performance. Influencing stakeholders across the group, you'll input into the Business Intelligence road map. Working within the Business Intelligence service Centre (BISC ), you'll make a real impact.
A strong, motivated Team player, you'll bring excellent commercial awareness to the team. Together with an impressive analytical and academic background, you demonstrate a flair for solving problems and developing innovative propositions. Naturally, you'll also require excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong CF Business Knowledge would be a distinct advantage. Whilst T-SQL would be ideal, training would be available for the right candidate.
Experience of reporting from Analysis Services Cubes and good Excel skills would be an advantage.

Must have:
- Strong Microsoft Reporting Skills (T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel)
- Financial Services experience
- Reporting from Analysis Services Cubes
Would be advantageous:
- Credit Risk/Basel II awareness
- Commercial Banking and Invoice Finance/Asset Based Lending experience
