For my client in Amsterdam I am looking for a financial support specialist. Please find the description below:
The System Support Unit (SSU) executes, coordinates & integrates the key Finance Operational Processes for PT and SIEP especially Projects & Time writing, Order to Cash and Requisition to Pay as well as supporting Manage Close and MI. Hence it is important that the SSU provides robust finance operations support for the PT legal entities in scope, thereby working and interacting with a wide network of stakeholders (Business, Operating Units, FO, FitB, CP (Procurement Specialists, Category Management, RtP Analysts), Finance Process Analysts, Treasury, Tax, PT Reporting, External Auditors).
The SSU specialists are responsible for complex subjects and backing up the system support team leads in various locations and legal entities including Global Solutions and SIEP. Each SSU specialist is also responsible for one or more Business Units (Upstream Services, Downstream Services, Wells, Research, Projects etc). The SSU specialist needs to work closely with Operating Units and Finance Operation. A key objective of this role is to continuously strive for first time right processes, optimize support to the Business Units in PT and SIEP and maintain effective working relationships with OUs , Joint Ventures and Commercial Customers.
This position is the vital for ERP financial transactional and master data and its integrity. It supports the implementation of system and process changes in SERP. The SSU specialists act as change agents; apply ESSA ahead of change & migration activities.
Start: 1 May
Duration: 3 months contract, intention to extend for the rest of the year
Location: Amsterdam
