Description
Our financial services sector client require the services of a contract Lotus Notes Support technician for a 6 month initial contract based in Glasgow.
The role will focus on supporting the a large number of Lotus Notes users from client support, user troubleshooting to application deployments. You will work as part of a wider team, supporting and problem solving on all environments covering the following technologies: IBM Lotus Domino 9.0/8.5, Blackberry Enterprise Server and Microsoft Exchange Online Protection.
In order to be successful in your application, you MUST HAVE the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of IBM Lotus Domino 9.0/8.5 client troubleshooting/administration including; Domino user provisioning/certification and iNotes Support and Configuration
- Knowledge of Change and Problem management processes
- Knowledge of IBM Lotus Domino 9.0/8.5 Server Administration in a clustered/enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems )
