Change Manager - PPI/Complaints/PBA/Small change, Financial Services/Banking.

My client is seeking an experience an experienced Financial Services/Banking Change/Project Manager who has previous experience of working on small change projects. Your main responsibility will include driving the change delivery capability, including management of key Senior Stakeholders this role will ensure all project deliverables are produced to cost, time and the required level of quality by its change delivery partners ensuring minimal impact to Business Unit colleagues

Key Skills

- Strong Financial Services background ideally within banking

- Multiple small change

- Quick delivery

- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, within an Operational Risk Framework

- Ability to operate, communicate and challenge at senior leadership level for the benefit of the business via exceptional presentation and communication skills
